Product Warranty

We warranty every instrument bearing our brand names to be free of functional defects in workmanship and materials when used correctly for its intended purpose.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Any instrument proving to be so defective, within 1 year from the date of purchase, will be replaced or repaired at no charge.

Products sold by us under licence from another manufacturer are subject to the warranty issued by that manufacturer. Contact us for specific details.

Bydand Medical does not warrant for the maintenance of sharpness of the cutting instruments through the lifecycle of the instrument.
 

Returns Policy

Return of any goods must be authorised. Please contact us for authorisation. Returns are to be made at the expense of the purchaser.

Products not available for return include (but are not exclusive to):

  • Items purchased on a “special” or “custom” basis;
  • Items deemed to be indent products, i.e, not regularly held in stock at our central warehouse in Sydney.
  • Products that have been used, processed, or sterilised, or are without original packaging, labelling or operating manuals, etc.
